Holding the annual general meeting of the company 2024

The annual general assembly of Kuroosh Petrochemical Industries Development Company was held on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

According to this report, in this assembly which was held with the presence of all shareholders, the financial statements of the financial year ending on March 19, 2024 were approved.

Selection of the auditor and legal inspector (main and alternate) and the selection of a widely circulated newspaper to include the company’s advertisements, along with other matters related to the agenda of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders according to the commercial law, were among the other matters that were approved by the shareholders in this meeting.
